Child Custody Mediation & Family Reconciliation
Since statutory laws began mandating that all superior courts provide Family Court Services in each California jurisdiction, now when parents can't agree on visitation and custody of their children, judges step in and order disagreeing parents to mediation. Mediators can work directly for the court or perform mediation services privately. Our mediators know how to work with separating couples and are especially trained in areas such as healthy cooperative parenting plans, child development, and most importantly interventions attending to the needs of children who are often caught in the cross-fire of divorcing parental conflicts. We help develop feasible parenting and visitation plans. We can help you protect yourself and your children if needed with a workable safety plan. We inform our parents and children regarding what they can expect from the court process.
